The Town of Bradford is currently searching for a local candidate to run in upcoming elections and serve on the Board of Listers. This is a paid part-time position for approximately 10-hours per week depending on workload. Being a lister is a great opportunity to be a vital part of town government while earning extra income and learn a new skill that accelerates future job opportunities adding to your resume. Not only would you perform an important role in town government, but you will acquire skills that include: tax mapping, tracking parcels, deed references, data entry and generating the grant list from which our property taxes are based.

Willingness to learn
Training: Hands on training will provide by the present team of listers with assistance from NEMRC (New England Municipal Resource Center) along with other sources.

Interested candidates wishing to run for March 2024 elections must get a petition at the Bradford Town Clerk’s Office. Those petitions must be signed by 1% of legal voters of Bradford. (This is about 25 signatures). The petition form must be submitted to the Town Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 29, 2024.
