OUR MISSION

The Bradford Parks and Recreation Commission’s mission is to develop and maintain quality parks and facilities; promote stewardship of open/natural areas; to create and coordinate recreational opportunities that encourage citizen involvement and foster a strong sense of community while enhancing the social, cultural, and physical well-being of residents and visitors of all ages.

MEET OUR NEW DIRECTOR, ANDREA WILKINS

Hi! My name is Andrea Wilkins. I am so excited to be the new Bradford Parks & Recreation Director. I am a transplant from Maryland raising a family in the area. I fell in love with New England while hiking the Appalachian Trail and got my graduate degree in Environmental Education from Antioch University.  I hope to use my experience and background in parks, education, programming and recreation to help support a vibrant parks and recreation department that serves the community of Bradford! My door is always open and I would welcome any collaboration and feedback by phone at (802) 222-4727 ext 210, email at recreation@bradford-vt.us or stop in the Bradford Academy Building, Room 22B Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:00am – 4pm or Fridays by appointment.
